I grew up in Erode, Tamil Nadu — India's turmeric capital and one of the most agriculturally rich districts in South India. Agriculture wasn't a subject I chose to study. It was the world I grew up in — fields, mandis, seasonal cycles, and the quiet persistence of farmers who feed the nation.
After completing my BSc Agriculture (Hons) from Kumaraguru Institute of Agriculture in 2024, I walked into 12 acres of undeveloped land in Tirunelveli and built an organic farm from absolute ground zero as part of a 120-acre sustainable farming cluster. Land clearing, soil health systems, irrigation design, crop selection, drip networks — everything from scratch. No shortcuts. Just soil and intent.

From Tirunelveli I moved to Chennai, where I coordinated the execution of a 5,000-tree plantation in 20,000 sq.ft using Miyawaki methodology for EcoDream Sustainables — bringing corporate ESG commitments to ground-level reality. Today I work at Arya Collateral Warehousing in Coimbatore, building farmer and FPO relationships in agri-finance, while simultaneously building a premium turmeric export supply chain in Erode's mandi ecosystem through Truport Ventures.
My long-term vision is to be at the forefront of India's sustainable agriculture revolution — where carbon markets, agroforestry, and farmer livelihoods converge. India needs professionals who can stand in a field and sit in a boardroom. I'm building to be one of them.
